Elegant & Romantic Wedding in England

Yeeun and Michael’s wedding in Tonbridge, England was the kind of day that felt like a gentle love story unfolding—elegant, joyful, and full of heart. The weekend began with a playful and romantic pre-wedding shoot at Michael’s family home in Kent, surrounded by blooming gardens, and that quiet anticipation only the day before the wedding can bring (you can view these photos under “portfolio”).

Their wedding day took place entirely at Tonbridge School, Michael’s former high school— a picture perfect venue. Yeeun and Michael shared a beautiful first look in the school grounds before joining their families for photos and portraits, just before their ceremony in the school’s breathtaking chapel.

Just as they stepped out as newlyweds, an unexpected rainstorm swept through—but not even the weather could dampen the joy of the day. Plan B came into play for the rest of their portraits, and honestly? The rain and the hidden architectural gems around the school just added to the romance. Through it all, Yeeun and Michael were calm, joyful, and so evidently in love.

Guests flew in from Australia, Norway, Korea, and beyond, bringing with them warmth, laughter, and so much love. The evening was filled with delicious food, heartfelt speeches, and a packed dance floor that carried on late into the night. It was a day full of meaningful moments—one they (and everyone lucky enough to witness it) will never forget.
